Looking For A Sage POS Paypoint Replacement?

Sage announced last year that their Sage POS software would no longer be maintained or supported after February 28th, 2015. Consequently, CADS has collaborated with KCPOS, Elite Integrations, and Kudos software to provide their EPOS solutions for Sage 50 & Sage 200. We have successfully migrated many of our legacy Sage POS clients who are now enjoying the benefits of increased functionality.

After assessing several products, we have concluded that KCPOS is the most natural successor to Sage POS. The interface is so similar to Sage POS that experienced cashiers require little training. At CADS, we can assist you in moving from using Sage POS to KCPOS EPOS software and help you with the additional features to get the most out of your POS for Sage 50 software.

The changes from the standard Sage POS/APT Paypoint to the standard KCPOS system include easier access to previous transactions, duplicate invoice/receipt creation, a WYSIWYG menu designer, deposit mode, additional reporting at the till, haggle mode, customer creation at the till, account creation based on the branch code/till number model, A4 invoice/delivery note configuration, new stock creation at the till, and price breaks against a category/group of products. KCPOS also offers other options such as their own back-office for financials or commercials, gift aid reporting, membership schemes, and Open Cart support with KC POS Back Office Accounts.
